John McTernan's residency' Delivering more effective public service, culminated in a packed public lecture on Tuesday 2 November, 2011.
The residency focused on how governments do their work and how they can respond to the needs of the 21st century by delivering more effective public services. A broad question, the residency focused on specific policy questions within Health and Education.
Having completed the public side of the residency, John McTernan is currently writing his final report.
